Production Launch of new SDS Precision Forge
On 31st October 2011, Shanghai GKN Driveshaft’s (SDS) ShenJiang plant held a ceremony for the production launch of its new precision forge. Andy Reynolds Smith, CEO GKN Automotive and Powder Metallurgy, attended the ceremony. With this new forge the annual capacity of SDS will increase to 17 million forgings.
