GKN Aerospace Day at EXPO UK Pavilion

On 25th June, GKN Aerospace and GKN China jointly organized an Aerospace Day at the UK Pavilion.

Frank Bamford, Vice President - GKN Aerospace, and Haixiang Wang, Vice President Business Development - GKN China, welcomed the participants and Frank Bamford delivered a presentation on “GKN Advanced Engineering”.

The audience included representatives from the COMAC (Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China) design institute, supply chain management as well as senior directors from AVIC Group (Aviation Industries of China) and leading Chinese component suppliers. This Aerospace Day was the first of its kind for GKN in China and it emphasized the importance of building a relationship with the key players in the Chinese aerospace industry.
